Spacious 2 story house with large yards in a quiet and friendly cul-de-sac. The house is furnished with stainless steel stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher along with couches for both living rooms, a T.V., and wall decor. The laundry room is in unit and it has both a washer and a dryer. The house has central A/C but if you want to save on electricity, you may also use the swamp coolers that are installed downstairs and upstairs. Yard service is provided biweekly for both front and back yards at no additional cost. The house has one of the newest water filtration systems that does reverse osmosis. The landlord also provides the bags of crystal salt needed so that you always have clean water running throughout the entire house. You will save money because you won't have to buy water anymore. You will love living here! Renter is responsible to pay for water, electricity, and sewer. Landlord pays for gas. Dogs are okay but some breeds are restrict per my home insurance policy. Tennant is required to purchase renter's insurance policy. You have the option to pick between a 9 month lease or a 1 year lease. Deposit and first month rent are due on move-in date.
