Main floor has king bed and upstairs has two queens and two twin beds. One shower bathroom in the main floor and one tub/shower in the upstairs bathroom. Kitchen is stocked with all essentials you may need during your stay. Starter supplies (TP, detergent, toiletries) are provided. Amenities: Private swimming pool with safety net (not shown in pictures) Wooden fenced backyard privacy Propane BBQ grill Pool table Washer & dryer Coffee bar & Keurig High Speed WIFI & two Smart TVs FURNISHED MONTHLY or WEEKLY RENTAL. ALL UTILITIES & MAINTENANCE SERVICES INCLUDED. Can be rented for a shorter duration, reach out to find out your options. -No Smoking. -No Pets. -One time cleaning fee of $500 will be applied and $1500.00 deposit required for monthly stays. -One time cleaning fee of $205 for shorter rental periods. -Host pays the electric, gardening and trash / water bills with a cap. -Internet is included.
