The house has 3 bed rooms and 3 bathrooms all of which have been upgraded. Furry family members are welcomed, and children most definitely. There's a large backyard and covered parking. There are both a washer and dryer inside the house and 3 entry and exit doors. This home is 1 mile from Armature Works, where you have the choice of an array of wonderful indoor and outdoor dining and the Tampa Bay river walk. Downtown Tampa is one mile from this home as is Ybor City where you'll enjoy a vibrant night life. The major hospitals are 1.9 miles away and the airport is 8 minutes away door to door. Channelside is also 1.3 miles away and houses amazing food trucks and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and filled with fun things to do! Owner pays for water, lawn care and trash disposal.
