These will be due within 48hrs of your booking confirmations. ESCAPE vacation homes are available 24/7 for any needs prior to, during, or after your stay. You will be given their direct contact information upon completion of booking; payment in full, contract signed, refundable damage deposit paid, and returned and proof of identity. Additional rules * Minimum age for principal to renter is 25yrs old * FOLLOW HOA/City/County RULES & GOOD NEIGHBOR RULES provided to you once you book. *Any noise violations will result in a fee. * MUST Disclose the correct amount of guests at booking, if guest list changes without notice or prepayment, You will be charged an additional cleaning fee, extra guest fee and a additional fee will be captured and charged to credit card on file * NO photography or commercial photography such as Videos, print, etc without prior permission. A permit with county/city is required and fees involved. * NO pets or any animals of any kind allowed at the property * NO events or large parties * NO smoking of any kind allowed inside any area. ZERO tolerance * NO refunds * NO parking on grass/landscaping/etc * NO outside air mattress ALLOWED *Air Mattress/Sofa Sleeper NOT included unless paid for. * FOLLOW "departure checkout instructions found in contract, binder, front door and emailed to guests." * Additional deposit & cleaning fee will be required on Festival Bookings. * A contract needs to completed and signed, ID returned , payment in full, deposit collected in order to complete booking. * A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS- processed through OUR company NOT AirBnB. * FESTIVAL bookings- Larger Refundable Damage deposit required. * You agree to pay any damages, contract violations, fines etc caused by you and your guests. * Waivers are signed for liability issues *Home sleeps 8 max guest count included in your "Nightly Rate." Owner pays for HOA, garbage collection, pool maintenance, yard maintenance. Renter pays for water, gas and electric and mandatory once per month cleaning by our professional cleaners.
