We will present the gas bill for pool heat and charge accordingly . If the bill is less we reimburse . This is a pet free and smoke free home . We provide a weekly gardener and pool service paid by owner. Cleaning fee is $400 upon check out and we can offer weekly cleaning at a fee to the renters . We provide an EV charger for your electric vehicle .
