The Desert Dream is a CLASSIC modern desert home. The mountains make for an amazing view and serves as the best back drop mural! It's also the perfect spot to relax in our salt water pool, and tell stories around our outdoor firepit while taking in the spectacular mountain views. It's truly a picturesque destination! The space is private and you will have all 2050 sq for you and your family to enjoy the next holiday break. We have 4 bedrooms with a king size bed for the master, 2X's queen size beds and the 4th bedroom with a twin/double bunk bed great for the adventurous sleeper or an extended family gathering! For the coffee enthusiast - we have a drip coffee pot, a Keurig machine and a French press. We have a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances for your next family meal. The house has its own private pool, outdoor fire pit and barbecue. The inside of the home has full washer and dryer, 70' TV, and lounging spaces and a kitchen set up with quality culinary gear. Other things to note - we are about 25 mins from downtown Palm Springs and the Ariel Tram ride, 5 mins for the Tennis Gardens, 15 mins from the Living Zoo, 20 mins from the Airplane museum, 15 mins from the Polo Club where Coachella happens every year. Guest access The entire home Other things to note The pool can be heated up for an extra $80 per day, spa use for $25/ day after security deposit and rental agreement has been signed. 1 small sized pet, 15lbs or less. Breed must be approved by owner. $200/mo per fee. -A refundable damage deposit of $2000 -All guests 2mos+ must complete an application and conduct background checks. -Application/background check fees are $50/ adult. -$500/ mo per dog/ limit 1, upon approval for a small sized dog 15 lbs or less (must be house trained) -All approved guests will sign the month to month lease agreement for stays. -All utilities are paid by Guests for duration of the stay, owner will pay for pool cleaning service and gardening maintenance. -The house will have a one time cleaning fee ($280/mo). We can request more frequency for cleanings if preferred, at Guest's expense. - No additional overnight guests, events, or parties are allowed at the property.
