Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath near all of Vero Beach's best spots, such as golf, miniature golf, McKee Botanical Garden, Escape Room Vero Beach, and endless shopping. The house is located in a charming neighborhood that borders the pristine and peaceful preserved spaces of the Coastal Oaks Preserve & the Harmony Oaks Conservation area, and is less than a fifteen minute drive to Vero's beautiful beaches. Two separate living/lounging spaces, and both an EIK and separate dining room make it a wonderful spot for your family to spread out and relax! The large pool has its own separate bathroom, outdoor shower and plenty of toys for afternoons' fun-in-the-sun! The house is well-equipped for a good time. You'll find six kayaks, one paddleboard, indoor shuffleboard table, Donkey Kong arcade game, chest full of toys & puzzles, pool toys, Wi-Fi internet, and three TVs. *There is a boat lift available for use only with a separate rental agreement. (owner is flexible with length of lease & terms) Owner is flexiable with time periods and rental amounts reflecting the time of year and for how long. Owner pays utilities.
