Grab your cup of tea or enjoy a glass of wine, or enjoy yet another beautiful sunset over the Pacific Ocean from one of your two private decks .... exceptional views of Catalina Island and downtown Laguna Beach. The view is just as spectacular in the evening with city lights and an endless sea of night time stars, is that Orion's belt or the Big Dipper? (We have no neighborhood street lights so our skies open up in the evening). Relax by the wood burning fireplace (it can get cold at night!), take a nap out on the deck, listen to the buzz of the hummingbirds as they fly by (yes, it is so quiet at times you can hear the flutter of their wings!), or enjoy a Netflix movie on the Internet ready flat panel on the top floor lounge area...some days the only thing you hear is the owl in the neighborhood. The backyard is spectacular, renovating during Covid, custom built Japanese "shou sugi ban" treated dining table, with stools and banquette seating for 36 (no events or parties please), surrounded by luscious bamboo, luxurious Brown Jordan sofas & table, beautifully landscaped. Large comfortable Master sleeping quarters with Queen sized bed, 2 closets, private balcony. Sit back, relax enjoy the Ocean view while having breakfast in bed! Guest Room is as relaxing as it looks . . . direct access to a zen style garden that sleeps tranquility. Down feather bed, comfortable, luxurious. Fully stocked kitchen (I live in this house), Viking range/stove, dishwasher, Jura espresso coffee maker, large pantry, open to common living space so you'll never miss a sunset. The beaches and the great dining are close by, but the views keep you mesmerized-endless beautiful sunsets from the decks. 2 Bedrooms + 2 Full Baths (walk in shower+shower/tub combo), 1452sf living space + two very large balconies. Spacious family & master bedrooms, backyard with large deck. Lots of natural light, wood flooring + seagrass carpet in bedrooms/stairs. Stunning ocean, coastline, greenbelt and downtown main beach views. o Large living room with wood burning fireplace o Laundry room with full sized washer/dryer o 2 Flat Panel TV's o Outdoor furniture off Master deck, Living Room deck and backyard o Wood Pellet Grill (Traeger) o 2 Parking Spaces in carport, 2 in driveway o Fully furnished o Wireless Internet *As I have open stairs on the second level, the house is not set up for small children or Seniors. *IMPORTANT: The neighborhood is extremely quiet so if you looking for a place to party, it isn't my home; I only my rent home out a few times a year as I live in it full time, so please take note it is not a vacation rental by any means. **I hesitate to rent to Guests with Children and although I love them, they tend to break and damage things in my home.
