In season rent is $5,500 / month for the months of November, December, January, February, March and April (Jan and Feb '24 are taken). Out of season rent is $2,500 for the non-listed months. Refundable security deposit is $2,000 dependent on months and rental duration. Utilities average $160/month for electric, principally driven off of the use of pool heater. The tenant is responsible for covering the costs of water and electricity during their stay. During the peak season, electricity usage typically ranges from $100 to $200, with actual costs varying based on the usage of the pool heater. It's worth noting that our pool heater is intentionally oversized for the pool's size, ensuring rapid and efficient heating. Water expenses generally fall between $60 and $100 and may fluctuate depending on laundry usage. Notably, there is no charge for lawn irrigation, as it utilizes water sourced from our environmentally friendly aquifer located beneath the property.
