For less than 12 months or month-to-month lease rate to be agreed upon. Requested short term rental during the high season, December to April, the rates are double. $3,900 security deposit due at signing. Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. No smoking allowed. Dogs are permitted.
