The home also has an original 1920s fireplace (not functional) and historic, dade county pine hardwood floors! Located in a family-friendly, quiet and safe neighborhood. The address is undisclosed because it is currently a short term rental and we do not want the guests disturbed with drive by viewings. If you would like to tour it in person, send us a message and we can coordinate :) Close to everything! - 5 minute walk to the Palm Beach Zoo, Dreyer Park, and the COX Science Center. - 5 minute drive to the Beaches, downtown west palm beach, convention center, Palm Beach airport, Grandview market, and more! - This home is *not located underneath the PBl Airport flight path, so it is very quiet and peaceful! IMPORTANT - there is a *separate, *detached poolside cottage on the property. This is rented out and only sleeps 2 people max. They have their own separate entrance and also have access to the pool and the shared laundry/dryer unit that is located on the property. To move forward: 1. Fill out Zillow application. 2. Schedule walk through or video tour. 2. Sign lease and pay deposits: security deposit: ($3,000) and first months rent $(4,500) are due along with a signed lease, to reserve your dates in advance.
