Fully furnished riverfront executive home for rent north of Iron Mountain near Badwater Lake on the Menominee River. This house is approximately 3,300 square feet with 3+ bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths. The main and the lower levels have full kitchens and laundry. If required, this property could be expanded up to 5 bedrooms. This house has an attached 3 car garage. No smoking is permitted inside the house. Small dogs may be acceptable under certain conditions. This property is in the Breitung Township School system with local busing available. Interested parties will have to fill out an application and provide a credit report. The application/credit report process will cost you approximately $60. References will be required and checked. We will require a $1,500 security deposit along with the first month of rent at move-in. We typically keep the utilities in our name and the renter reimburses us monthly for the utilities. Under this arrangement we also require a $400 utility deposit. Rent is variable based on the lease duration with the advertised rate being for a 12-month lease. Rent does not include utilities, yard maintenance, snow plowing etc. Ideally, we want to lock in either a 9 month or a 12-month lease term at this point in time.
