Pets are a case by case basis on only on approval. No Smoking inside the home but may use side patio as long as an ashtray is used. Will refund 100% of damage deposit after last month of rent is paid IF lease is completed in full and no damage. Renter also responsible for replacing light bulbs, refrigerator/water filter, air filters(every 90 days) as necessary. If plumbing is required and is deemed renters fault, renter to pay 100% of plumbing bills/fees ( ie. clogged drains due to excessive hair, feminine Products ) For a One Month Rental (Security Deposit $3,500). 2-3 months ($4,000), 6 months or more (Security Deposit is one months rent) Security Deposit depends on term. Our home is Fully furnished. Utilities are not covered. Application, Credit Check and Background Check required. Small dogs are permitted only on a case by case basis.
