Tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawncare, snow removal. No pets. No smoking. Qualifications are: *Income must be at least 3x the rent amount and we need the most recent 3 months' pay stubs or proof of employment *We do a criminal and background check *Credit Check *Landlord reference *No current and past evictions within the last 6 years. The non-refundable application fee is $25 per applicant over the age of 18 (We require ALL occupants over the age of 18 to be leaseholders) The resident handles gas, electricity, water, and trash removal, and is also responsible for supplying and maintaining their appliances.
