Month-to-month Studio available with gated parking! Completely furnished with all utilities included, this studio is available 10/1 and is 5 minutes from beautiful downtown Greenville! This cozy studio is completely private, with a spacious bathroom, kitchenette, in-unit laundry and a king bed. It is the perfect spot for a traveling nurse, as we are less than 1/2 a mile from Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. Walk to shops on Augusta St and the West End in downtown Greenville in 20 minutes, or take our bikes which are provided for your stay! This studio is owner-managed and we live right upstairs to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. 30 Day minimum stay. Non-refundable security deposit equal to 1 month's rent ($2300) is required upon move-in. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Depending on lease start-date, rent will be prorated following the security deposit. All utilities included: Water, Gas, Electric, Wifi, Trash Dogs may be negotiable depending on size, breed, etc. with a non-refundable pet fee. We have a dog upstairs who is friendly, but the backyard would be shared space for them. We are a NON-SMOKING, DRUG-FREE home. Violations of this policy will result in termination of the lease. Tenant is responsible for cleaning the unit -- all lawncare and trash pick up will be taken care of by landlord. Gated parking provided for 1 car; street parking is permitted in the area.
