If you want to venture out, we are only 30 minutes from Madison, 50 to Milwaukee, and 2 hours to Chicago. Renters are responsible for lawn care and snow removal, all other utilities are included, heat, water, internet and cable TV and parking. No smoking allowed, no parties. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. 60 day minimum stay. 1/31/24-3/31/24. Cleaning fee of $250.00
