Recent partial remodel. Two bedroom and one bath. Charming cottage home. On quiet street. Within minutes of stores, restaurants and schools. Nice yard. Washer and dryer in basement. Off street parking. A rental application is required. A rental agreement will be signed upon acceptance. First and last months rent and security deposit is due at signing. This is a total of $2,300. Rent is always due on the first of each month. There will be a $50 late fee if rent is not paid by the 5th of each month. Lease is for a 12 month period only. Renter is responsible for all utilities including water, sewer, electric, cable, internet, etc No pets allowed. No smoking allowed inside of home. Guests are not allowed to stay more than 3 days unless prior permission is given by property manager. Roommates are not allowed unless listed on the initial rental application. Breaking any of the above terms will result in eviction.
