Laundry on site with closet room. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom, can function as an office or a bedroom with a full bed. Large kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher and a breakfast bar. Parking spaces for 2 cars. All services included: heat & electric, Internet, gardening and snow plough. No Smoking inside. No charge for a pet. Can do a 4/5 months temp lease.
