This is a pet friendly house with a fenced yard. It is close to the bus stop. Also, within walking distance of the campus, many restaurants, and a grocery store. This house includes covered parking, washer and dryer in the unit, and an extra storage room. You can have the whole house to yourself, or 4 friends can rent it for only $500 per room! This rental is through Highland Property Management. They have a $40 application fee per tenant. The renter is responsible for electric, garbage, internet, and water. No smoking allowed.
