This means, if you fill one out, we can switch it if needed. If a unit you applied for has been taken, we will put it towards another unit you want. RESPONSE TIME: We will answer all leads in the order received, and we do our best to respond within one business day. Applications are processed within 5-7 business days. If you vacate before the lease ends, you will be held responsible to pay rent until it is occupied. MOVE IN COSTS: Once at least 25% of the deposit is paid, we will take the property off the market. (ONLY If applicant is approved and property has been seen.) First month's rent and the remaining 75% of deposit is required at date of move in. The second month's rent will be prorated less the move in days. (Some properties require first, last and deposit at move in.)
