OPEN HOUSE - Sunday, January 14th (4:00-5:00pm) *No individual appointments available* Charming single family home with a vaulted ceiling in a quiet neighborhood with a large front yard and fenced-in backyard with a covered back porch. This house has been completely renovated down to the plumbing and electric. New drywall, freshly painted, new floor, new countertops, new fridge, new dishwasher, new kitchen sink/ faucet, new furnace/ AC, and brand new light fixtures. The washer, dryer, and oven are used but work completely fine. I am a small time investor/ contractor that prefers homes like this that will provide a nice place for a family. I had tools sitting in this house for almost a year while I was working on it and had no issues with break-ins or anything. There's always kids playing on the street - it's a dead end so there's barely any traffic. I hope to find a family that will call this place home and treat it well. No smoking allowed inside. Small pets permitted with a non- refundable deposit of $150 and a monthly pet fee of $30. Tenant is responsible for electric and water. I will pay for water bill each month (because it's tied to the property) and then add it on to the following months rent (you will also receive a bill of the amount from GCWW and be able to check usage on your online account). Tenant is responsible for mowing the grass* (there is a shed in the backyard you are more than welcome to use for storage of lawn mower, etc.) Just be a reasonable person and be honest with me and we will have no issues. I'm usually pretty quick to respond to anything (I live 15 min away) if there's ever any issues with the house. I will never show up unannounced- all of this and more will be on the actual lease.
