1800s Cottage whole house in St. Roch. It's a large 1 bedroom with a very large walk in closet. No sharing a wall with neighbors! It has central A/C & heat, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and laundry hookups. Concrete countertops and 13 ft ceiling's. It has a charming screened in porch and nice size yard. This place is our baby we love it and hope you can love it too! Please read our lease terms for more details Renter is responsible for electric and gas. Owner pays for water. Cottage has solar panels paid for by owner. Renter can pay for alarm system if wanted it's optional. 6 month lease just to get started but I am looking for a long term tenant. 2 people maximum to live in property. No smoking inside. You can paint if you want but must paint it white when or if you move. I will do all repairs in a timely manner. Every 3 months I will come by to change air filters for AC system unless tenant is capable. Any friends/family staying over 1 week please just let me know. Absolutely No short term rental. No Airbnb no exceptions. I live close by in case of anything urgent. I also own the Lot next door so I will be by cutting the grass here and there.
