There is a screened in porch and a fence that gives you a bit of privacy in the yard to cookout with family and friends. There is space for two cars to park in back and parking on the street. The front and back are lite up at night from streetlights. There is a security system in the home. The home has a newer furnace and roof. There is a washer and dryer in the basement as well as a freezer. The kitchen appliances are all new and the home is in very good condition. Renter is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. No smoking in home. No pets allowed unless authorized by landlord in which case there will be a non-refundable pet deposit.
