To Tahoe City, 30 minutes. Three bedrooms, one bath, 1200 Sq Feet. Exceptionally clean and well organized with updated kitchen fully equipped. Very comfortable furnishings and nicely decorated. The bathroom has a tub/shower and heated slate flooring. The 3 bedrooms have 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin beds. Two bedrooms upstairs are separated with shutter doors. All 3 bedrooms are carpeted. The Living room has an area rug. Stay cozy with the gas fireplace and electric heater. There is a stereo and flat screen TV. Park in the regularly plowed driveway. Truckee offers numerous casual and fine restaurants and excellent shopping. Safeway and Savemart are a 10 minute drive. Stix Market is 5 minutes up the road. The Truckee Area Regional Transit stop is a 10 minute walk to the main road and makes routes to most all area ski resorts. Full six-month lease beginning October or November. A refundable $1,500 security deposit is required. A separate $500 Non-refundable professional cleaning service fee is required. WIFI, Cable, garbage and driveway snow plow service is paid by owner. Water/electricity/gas is responsibility of tenant. Periodic snow removal from doorways, front deck, and snowplow berms are the responsibility of the tenant. Owner pays for regular snow plowing of driveway. No smoking of any kind or vaping. No pets are allowed. No exceptions. Driveway parking is available.
