Located in Ormond by the Sea and about a 5 minute walk to the ocean. The backyard oasis has a pool/spa, fire pit, lounge chairs, seating area, dining area, tropical landscaping, outdoor BBQ area, shaded pergola, and plenty of entertaining space! Included in the cost is fully furnished rooms, washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances, kitchen essentials, bathroom essentials, utilities such as wifi, electric, water, one tank of propane to heat spa, trash pick up, yard service and pool service. Even beach and pool accessories are available on site. All you need are your clothes and toothbrush! An itemized contract for the lease terms must be agreed upon and signed prior to access given. There is a $500 refundable deposit to secure the dates desired. At least the first month's rent must be sent to the owner and cleared in their account before access is given to the property. If funds are not received in time, the owners may terminate the lease and the deposit is nonrefundable. Month to month vacation rental only. Please NO loud parties, NO smoking inside or on the property, keep the noise level down when outside during late hours (after 10pm), clean up after your pets, garbage can goes to the curb Sunday nights, recycling bin goes to the curb Monday nights, anything missing/damaged/broken during your stay you are responsible to replace or pay for, no stealing items in the house, NO jumping/diving in the pool, any complaints from neighbors/police/city watch/etc may result in a fine out of the security deposit, otherwise just have a great time and enjoy your stay!
