Only 1.5 miles to the beaches and very close to all the shops restaurants and attractions. The Kitchen is fully equipped, with new appliances, dish washer and multiple accroutrements for cooking. The laundry room has washer and dryer. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided. There is a Peloton for the guests. The house is totally fenced and there is a carport. There is room for 3 cars on the driveway. The minimum rental period is one (1) month. A security deposit of $500 is required. For longer leases, The first and last month rent are required , plus a security deposit of 50% of the monthly fee. A Rental Agreement must be signed. No subletting allowed
