Monthly fees for pets are calculated as follows: A Paw Rating of 3 or higher = $30 per month, per pet A Paw Rating of 2 = $ 50 per month, per pet A Paw Rating of 1 = $80 per month, per pet Pets not covered by PetScreening.com screening are treated as a Paw rating of 3, at a minimum. Animal Acceptability Tanked, caged or animals kept in an enclosure will be charged $250 per enclosure. Examples include fish in tanks, birds in cages and lizards kept in an enclosure. Monthly Pet fees will be charged based on the "Paw Score" risk level assessed by PetScreening.com. Farm or exotic animals, if not otherwise classified as Assistance Animals, are approved on a case by case basis and the Property Manager reserves the right to reject any pet based on individual circumstances. Assistance animals, once verified by PetScreening.com, will never be charged any upfront fees, monthly fees or deposits.
