Very cozy house (one bedroom, 1 bath on the first floor; 2 bedrooms, 1 bath on the second floor), new wooden floors, new fridge, very well maintained. The house has a finished basement (1 bedroom, 1 bath with living room and kitchen) that can also be used. The house is close to shopping centers and great schools around. Things to visit: Bay Mountain Park & Planetarium, Warriors' Path State Park, Kingsport Aquatic Center, Bristol Motor Speedway, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg (90 miles away), Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain Ski Resorts (around 50 miles away), and more... Renter is responsible for utilities and lawn mowing. Last month's rent is due at signing. No smoking allowed in the house. Outside smoking only but please don't throw the cigarettes/cigars/... outside in the grass, to avoid starting an uncontrollable fire. Pets can be discussed but preferably not.
