The house has an upstairs and newly remodeled downstairs with a kitchen and bathroom on each floor. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 1 bedroom in the basement. The house is ready to accommodate a 2nd family member who would like their own space with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, and bedroom. It has a wonderful front and back yard with a fenced off area for a garden. There are also 2 storage sheds located in the back yard. Send us a text with any questions! No smoking/vaping allowed. Renters are responsible for all utilities and regular property maintenance (light bulbs, furnace filter, lawn mowing and care, etc) to include snow removal. Cats and small dogs are allowed. Pet fee $200. Monthly pet rent is $50 per pet per month. Electric vehicles or transport devices must be approved by owner. Lease is for 12 months.
