Payments should be made via direct bank transfer to the Landlord's specified bank account. 6. Late Fees: Late payments will incur a fee if not received within 5 business days of the due date. The late fee is $100. 7. Security Deposit: The Tenant shall provide a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent at the start of the lease term. The deposit will be held by the Landlord. The deposit may be withheld, in part or in full, for unpaid rent, damages beyond normal wear and tear, or cleaning costs as per Section 4. 8. Damages and Repairs: The Tenant is responsible for any damages caused to the Property during the lease term. The Tenant agrees to cover repair costs for damages beyond normal wear and tear. 9. Early Termination: The Tenant has the option to terminate the lease earlier than the agreed term. To do so, the Tenant must provide at least one month's written notice to the Landlord.
