Stainless steel high end Wilmington grill is located just off the kitchen. The professional kitchen with granite counter tops and a large island has all the amenities that you need. The dining Room seats 6 with 3 additional seats at the island.The long range views can be seen from the Living room, Dining room and Kitchen. The house is perfect for two couples, with 2 separate yet open areas on each floor. There is a Master Bedroom downstairs with a large closet and bath. In addition to the Kitchen and Dining area, there are two sitting areas and a wet bar. There is a real wood burning fireplace in the main living room. There is a large workroom/laundry area on the main floor where you can work from home and a covered viewing deck. There is second full office upstairs to allow two people or more to work from home. The upstairs includes one bedroom and bath. There is a luxurious sleep sofa plus a twin bed in the upstairs den that can double as third bedroom. The amazing view can be seen from the upstairs balcony. You will want to spend a lot of time there. The upstairs area is outfitted with a full office where you can work while enjoying the views.You will want to entertain in the upstairs area as there is a sitting area with a TV and a pub table where you can play cards or watch the game. This area doubles as a third bedroom and is open. This house has been a labor of love. The furniture and bedding are comfortable and luxurious. We have used only the best in terms of materials with beautiful real stone, oak trim and hardwood floors throughout. The baths are spa like in feel with hand scraped recycled wood sink vanities and tile floors. There is a back yard where you can enjoy the view as well as from the deck. Not many places can boast of an incredible view and still have a back yard with roses and lilies and rhododendron. Your pups can enjoy your company outside on the deck within the safety of a secure fenced in yard. You can't beat the convenience of being located so close to Main street and having the privacy of your own place with this incredible view. This is absolutely the best place to enjoy the High Country and all that it offers. All utilities are included. This is a non smoking house. No loud parties or events Pet fee of $75.00 monthly. Maximum of 6 adults allowed. It is highly recommended that you have the house professionally cleaned on a monthly basis. Our cleaning crew comes highly recommended and is $250 a month. Trash pick up on the street is convenient and included.
