1 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex furnished with window AC/Heat,electric water heater, stove and fridge. Max of 2 small pets allowed (not exceeding 25lbs each). Non refundable pet deposit (per pet $200) will be charged along with monthly pet fee. $25 per pet for all small pets (under 25 pounds). There is a garbage can deposit of $80 that needs to be paid upon move in.
