Parking is on a gravel driveway beside the house. We are asking that no pets be on the premises. The lease is for either 6 months or 1 year. Tenants are responsible for mowing the lawn and there is a push mower that can be used if wanted. Tenant's responsibilities include replacing light bulbs and cleaning the house.
