This beautiful home is located right next to civilization, while still being secluded for a peaceful getaway. It is located in a forest with surrounding 12 acres of land for a unique amount of peace and quiet. The Rivergate Shopping Center is located 1.3 miles away and has everything you might need for grocery shopping, regular shopping, anything. We also have Charlotte's Premium Outlet Mall located at about 6-7 miles away. The house is 2900sq.ft., fully furnished and ready to move in. The space: This cozy home has many surrounding trees and green, providing the perfect environment for a fairy tale-like home. It almost feels like the ultimate cabin in the woods, while still being close to civilization and activities that Charlotte has to offer. It is very quiet and serene and the perfect get away place from life, school, work, stress, whatever it may be. The patio of the home is very big and has a great view of trees and green. Nothing gets more peaceful than the location of this home. It is nearly impossible to find a home like this with surrounding 12 acres of land filled with only of what Mother Nature has to offer while still being only minutes away from civilization. Each bedroom has its own king-sized bed with nice, big TV's (65'' and 82''). Each bathroom in the house is a full bathroom. The living room area is very comfortable and cozy and perfect for a little movie night with family and friends. It has a beautiful fireplace, along with dimmable lights for a more movie theater like environment. The home is very close to Lake Wylie, Papa Docs, multiple parks, Carowinds. Free internet access as well. The parking area/driveway is gravel with asphalt around the house. There is quite a bit of space to park multiple cars. There is a private entrance to the home, so you don't have to worry about sharing property with anyone else. Other things to note: No parties allowed. No smoking allowed. Maximum penalty fee from damage deposit will be applied. All pets need to be declared and authorized to the host. We do have a pet fee of $100 per pet. If guests decide to bring more pets than authorized by the host, there will be a penalty fee. If anything is damaged/broken/stolen, you will be responsible and charged. Parking of all vehicles must be at the designated spots around the home, not on the public street. Other things to note: No parties allowed. No smoking allowed.
