My wife and I are seeking a self-reliant, honest, and conscientious person to live in our first home that we lived in after getting married. We love this little place and hope to find someone that will take good care of it while we try something different. Built in the 1950s, the home has been renovated piecemeal over the last 15 years or so. Most of the floors are original hardwood, and ample windows make it bright and cheerful. The floorplan actually includes three bedrooms, but due to septic system limitations, we are advertising this as a two-bedroom and a maximum of two adults plus one child are able to be accommodated. The house sits on a lot of about a quarter-acre. We would love to find someone who is interested in gardening and providing habitat and food for pollinators and wildlife. We have an established garden bed, native perennial wildflowers, a nectarine tree, a plum tree, several blackberry bushes (producing a ton!), asparagus, and a raspberry bush that will all come back each year. We put out feeders and a birdbath in the backyard, and have a lot of bird traffic to enjoy! The home has an excellent location, with the following Google-estimated drive times: 10 minutes to downtown Franklin 8 minutes to Leipers Fork 15 minutes to central Cool Springs 18 minutes to Fairview 20 minutes to Brentwood 35 minutes to downtown Nashville 5 minutes to nearest restaurants and grocery store (High Brow Coffee, Oscar's Taco Shop, Scout's Pub, Kroger etc. in Westhaven) Zoned for the highly regarded Williamson County School system - Walnut Grove Elementary, Grassland Middle, and Franklin High. Please, if you are interested, introduce yourself briefly when you reach out. Things such as where you are from, why you are moving to Franklin, what you do for a living, how many people would live in the home, how many/what type pets you have. I get a lot of scammy and flakey inquiries, so let me know that you are a real person that is really looking for a place to live. Thanks!
