All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. There are multiple homes on the property, so additional property rules apply for parking, long-term guests, quiet hours etc. For pets: Pet must be pre-approved. This unit does not have any fenced area. Tenant will need to keep pets on leash, crate-trained, and indoors. There is a neighboring private dog park along the fence line, so there could be additional distraction for your pet. Neighbor also has goats, chickens, and bunnies. There is a railroad track across the street that is a danger to pets running offleash, so please understand our precaution here. Additional pet rent of $25 per month per pet. Application fee is $45. Applicants should have minimum 2X rent income, no collections or prior evictions, and should be able to provide a strong landlord reference. Initial lease term is 6 months.
