TENANT SCREENING POLICY 1. Each adult applicant must be listed on the lease agreement and must receive as gross income combined, a minimum of 3 times the monthly proposed rent, or provide evidence that they've paid at least as much rent as the proposed rent, under the same circumstances, for the previous 24 months. All rental history and income history disclosed on the rental application must be verifiable. Application with unverifiable or false information will be rejected. One small dog is no more than 30 lbs when at full adult grown weight. Must have rabies vaccination. Paper copy of small dog vaccination required. Veterinarian's name, address, and phone number with consent or release of information signed to Good Rentals for verification. Must include release of information from your vet with application. Unverifiable or false information about your small dog, no more than 30 lbs when a full grown adult weight will be rejected. No cats or other pets other than one small dog that is no more than 30 lbs when at full adult grown weight. Incomplete applications or applications received without the required payments (see 1., 2. above) will not be processed. *Tenant pays all utilities.
