I need application before showing property. The Zillow application is good for 30 days and can be presented to all landlords on the Zillow network. If you do not meet the standards below then do not submit application. You must have around a 650 credit score, no collections, no late payments, no evictions. Proof of job, income and rental history is required. I will make exceptions for certain explained situations. This is a very nice house. House is well maintained and is in move in condition. Priced below market, so will not last!
