This cottage is on a very quiet street directly on a very large cove of Lake Hartwell. The lake is about 75 feet from the deck of the cabin, a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the serenity of the woods. There are hiking trails within walking distance, a horse farm, biking trails about 5 miles away, and of course a lake to cool you down on a hot summer afternoon! There is a dock and boat slip associated with this property for afternoon fun on the lake! Great for swimming, fishing or tying up your boat. The house has a large deck and a small screened porch. Also, the cabin is a 10 minute walk to a large "beach" like area where you can sunbath or dip into the clean waters of Lake Hartwell. Included in the rental is: - A washer and dryer - Fully furnished kitchen, 2 living room areas, 3 bedrooms & dining area - We have also installed a whole house water filter - Central Air - Outdoor deck with Weber charcoal grill - Outdoor Fire Pit Outdoor Security camera on property. Owner pays for water & landscaping. Deposit and first month's rent due at signing. NO SMOKING allowed. Tenant responsible for background and credit check fee.
