We have a historic 1923 Tudor style home with lots of charm and character in a West Asheville residential neighborhood, walking distance to everything. We are renting the entire house, furnished with two bedrooms available. The lease period is for 4 months from December thru March '24 Our West Asheville location is as good as it gets. Walk to nearby cafes, restaurants, breweries, music venues and walk home again. The French Broad River park is 1/2 mile with Carrier Park and its accompanying greenways. The RAD (River Arts District) is right across the river. We recently added a screened in deck with a 6 person hot tub. It's our favorite room in the house! With its sun shades, it affords privacy and terrific views as well as therapeutic hydro massage. We wish to lease our home for a 4 month period 12/1/23 to 3/31/24. House is non smoking. We will allow well behaved cat or small dog with an an additional deposit. We have always had cats, and though our house is not 'catty' if you are super allergic, this house might not suit you. Parking is one spot on a sloped driveway and ample street parking. We ask for first and last months rent and a 500 refundable security deposit as well as a $200 non refundable pet deposit and a $150 cleaning fee. Water, electricity and internet are included. Central heat is with a natural gas boiler, renter pays the portion of any gas bill over $500/month. (unlikely, if windows are closed when heat is on) Plants (40 to 50) need watering once per week. Hot Tub requires some maintenance of proper chemical and pH levels. We provide the chemicals and can walk you thru it, it's quite easy. House is fully furnished with 2 queen beds available. We will put our personal items in one locked room for storage. The downstairs is wheelchair accessible, though not completely ADA compliant. The two bedrooms are upstairs. The large unfinished basement and screen porch are down another flight of stairs. The backyard is unfenced.
