This rental is located off the 280, on a 10 acre wooded property in Mills River that holds this main house plus 3 other cabins. Each is spaced appropriately so you have complete privacy. (The cabins rent separately) Notable distances: Asheville: 20 minutes Hendersonville: 15 minutes Lake Lure: 45 minutes Brevard/Pisgah National Forest: 10 minutes 4 breweries within a 5 minute drive: Bold Rock, Mills River Brewery, Burning Blush & Sierra Nevada 5 minutes to the nearest Ingles grocery store & 2 minutes from a Dollar General Currently this is a short term rental. Current availability is Jan 5th to March 15th. Pets allowed with approval and pet deposit. Extra amenities include; Large covered deck at the pond, gazebo, small chapel, fire ring, large grass area and many walking trails through the woods. All utilities are included, which include water, electric, internet, trash and yard service. Currently this is up for a 2.5 month lease. After March 27th, 2024 we are able to rent for longer terms. We would prefer a year lease but will consider 6 months as well as 1 month leases. No smoking in the home, outside is ok. The extra amenities on the property is shared with cabin guest. This house has its own private yard so no one will be in your space. There are plenty of parking for up to 6 cars.
