This is a historic craftsman home within walking distance to downtown and a quarter-mile to the bike path that connects the Lumberyard Arts District and Pisgah National Forest. This home features a large, comfortable front porch and plenty of fenced yard space. The space 4-5 bedrooms with lots of flexibility to make it your own! The lease is 12-month (preferred), 6-month (optional at increased monthly rate). dog is allowed upon owner approval. All utilities are provided by tenant. Includes lawn service.
