Looking for no more than three people to rent the upper two levels of a spacious, fully furnished home with a garage, available for short term tenants on a month-to-month basis. We have a tenant renting the basement apartment as a long term tenant, hence looking for renters for the upper floors who can be quiet and respectful of being in a shared home. Washer and dryer are shared. Good for those who are in need of a short term residence, or live elsewhere but are working in town for a limited duration, or waiting on other permanent housing to become available. Not a place to bring a lot of one's own furniture, other than things like a TV, desk, linens, etc. Large backyard suitable for pets (with a non-refundable pet fee). Pets accepted with pet deposit. Read entire description before asking for a tour: This is a fully furnished monthly rental. No more than four residents permitted. Owner pays up to $50 in water/sewer bill and Xfinity internet/wifi. Basement apartment has a separate tenant with separate entrance. 3 BR fully furnished SFH with large backyard and spacious garage and shed for storage. Dogs allowed with non refundable one time pet fee of $100. Good for those in transition between longer term housing, new the area for a job, etc. Non smokers only. No more than four residents total including children.
