All applicants must show ID, proof of income, provide rental references and credit/background check. We reserve the right to deny locals without proof of permanent residency. Utilities included up to $150/electric. Tenant resposible for rolling trash cans to and from street and keeping the property in good condition. Cleaning fee of $200 will be applied as well.
