Walking into the home, the large living room gets plenty of light during the day as well as the front facing master bedroom. The kitchen is spacious and provides access to the large, sloped, backyard through a rear door that is also steps away from the car port, making unloading groceries very easy. The kitchen includes a gas oven and large refrigerator. To the right of the living room is a hallway that opens to the three bedrooms, the master bedroom being the first. Farther along the hallway is the smallest bedroom and farther still is the rear bedroom with windows facing the back yard and small side space along the home. Farther along the hallway, to the left of the rear bedroom that rivals the size of the front facing bedroom, is the main bathroom with a tub, toilet, sink, and backyard facing window that includes a vent. All of the bedrooms range from 12' x 13' to 10' x 11'. The driveway is ample and can fit two vehicles easily. The backyard is not fully fenced in, but is fenced in on three sides, with stakes and lattice closing in the street facing portions of the backyard. The basement is full and fairly dry and has the typical enclosed shower, toilet, and sink as its second bathroom. It is your typical seldom used basement bathroom that is about 3.5' x 11', which is why I list the home as a one bathroom. It is serviceable and does allow for some flexibility in bathroom usage if, for instance, someone wants to use the basement as a living space. The basement also has a washer and dryer included. The basement also has a separate utility room that can easily house an ice chest or exercise equipment. The home is located near enough to public transit and a community center to make it well connected. The neighbors are quiet and amiable. Tenant responsible for electricity, water, sewer, trash collection, gas, and lawn care. Prospective tenants will be asked to submit a Transunion/Smartmove application prior to being awarded a lease. This property does not accept Section 8 at this time.
