Many new homes being built throughout the neighborhood. - King bed in Master bedroom, 2nd bdrm has queen bed. Office in back room. - 3rd bedroom set up as reading room/office. Cot or inflatable mattress is available to use as a third "bedroom". - Bathrooms remodeled in May 2017 with new tub/surround, toilet, floor, paint, lighting. - Kitchen partial remodel in 2023 - new dishwasher, sink, counter, base cabinets, flooring. - New carpet in 2017, new frig, exterior paint, interior paint 2021, new lighting, new cellular blinds, new leather couch. - Front and back decks with fenced yard and sprinkler system. Just across from Bend Farewell Park at the Old Mill District. Walk to music, restaurants, bars, shopping. No garage. - Workshop on property not available to guests (landlord storage).
