We would love to have a long term tenant. This home is a 4 bedroom 2 &1/2 bath plus an office with an open floor plan and air conditioning. Spacious Kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, pantry, quartz counter tops. The kitchen has an open floor plan into the living area. Upstairs has large bedrooms. A walk in laundry ready for YOUR washer and dryer. The master bath has a large bathroom with double sinks, a tub and a shower, and a large walk in closet. Lovely fenced and landscaped yard with sprinkler system on a corner lot. A pet may be a possibility depending on what kind, breed, and age (ONLY WITH ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSIT). Tenant is responsible for all utilities. 1st months rent (May be pro-rated before the 20th of the month) and security deposit of $3,700 to move in, with approved application. Credit/background check fee of $45 per adult. This is a newer neighborhood so it may not come up on your google map.
