Pets will be considered on a case by case basis with a pet deposit to be determined. Carport with storage is available for parking. 3 vehicle maximum allowed on the property, unless approved by the landlord. Water and Septic included in rent. Must pass an extensive, criminal, credit, and background check. We will need employment, personal and rental references. $1500 deposit, $500 non refundable cleaning. $1000 refundable if there is no new damage done to the dwelling. No sub leasing. No long term visitors beyond 10 days, unless approved by the landlord. Only people listed on the lease are allowed to live on the property during the lease period. Rent is due at the 1st of every month. If rent is received after the 5th a $100 fee will be applied for every 5 days late. The yard area is available for your use for gardening if you choose. It must be neatly mowed and kept during the spring and summer season. The outside of the dwelling must be mowed and kept clear of any junk items.
