Very quiet neighborhood, make your own path through the forest to the lake. Close to shopping centers and great schools around. Owner pays for utilities, free WiFi, local channels, Netflix. Last month's rent is due at signing. No smoking allowed in the house. Outside smoking only but please don't throw the cigarettes/cigars/... outside in the grass, to avoid starting an uncontrollable fire. Small pets can be discussed...
