Hardwood floors in all rooms (no carpet). 3 blocks from the rogue river, walking distance to downtown Grants Pass, close to All Sports Park and located on a quiet family friendly street. Fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washer and dryer included in rental. House has mini split system for heating and air conditioning. Property manager lives on site in detached studio with separate yard (no shared walls). Utilities are split between property manager and tenant, average payment is ~$330 per month total ($165 each when split) for water, electric, internet, and trash service. Month to month tenancy, longer term negotiable after 6 months, tenant is required to give 30 days notice to terminate lease. Pet deposit required if pets are approved, property manager must meet pets before lease to approve. Smoking only in approved location on property. Tenant is responsible for maintenance of front yard and backyard area that are included in rental perimeter. Application must be submitted prior to touring the home.
